Boston DSA is the Eastern MA chapter of Democratic Socialists of America.

 

We are working against the oppressive capitalist system in its many forms. We see these oppressions — economic inequality, patriarchy, white supremacy, to name a few — as interlinked, intersecting, and inseparable.

 

Join us in building mass movements for the world we deserve and growing an openly socialist presence in communities and politics in the Greater Boston Area.

Working groups are centered strategies such as labor organizing (supporting striking workers and educators) or socialist electoral politics (challenging the legislative system).   • Somerville DSA May 1st Meeting

    Boston DSA comrades in Somerville — you are invited to your next Neighborhood Group meeting, which will be on Wednesday, May 1st from 6 to 8:30 pm.

    This gathering will be hybrid. If you plan to join us at the Somerville Central Library in their Auditorium room, please RSVP on this form. Similarly, to find the Zoom link we will be using, RSVP on this page. The meeting proper (and Zoom) likely won’t start until closer to 6:40 pm, as the first forty minutes will be for socializing.

    Join us for a discussion of our current campaigns and endorsed projects --- including the push to end the city's ShotSpotter contract, the effort to bring a Green New Deal to Somerville Public Schools, the city's budget process, and reflections on our April 21st Spring Social.
